Key Responsibilities Lead a team of procurement support staff in daily purchasing activities. Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and vendor communications. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Support vendor onboarding and performance tracking. Assist in implementing procurement policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance to team members. Skills & Qualifications Typically requires a technical degree and several years of relevant work experience to be able to manage and coordinate one or more professional-level teams. Knowledge of procurement processes and systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in supervising professional-level staff. Familiarity with ERP or procurement software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
